Trauma-Informed Change Management: Engaging Teams During Uncertainty

 

A 60-minute professional development Skills Lab

Navigate change with confidence and care. The True Ally Skills Lab offers practical, trauma-informed tools to support leaders and practitioners navigating uncertainty, building trust, and fostering resilience in organizational settings.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Professional Development (1 hour) following the session. A brief tools handout will be shared in advance with the Zoom link. This session will not be recorded to support presence and psychological safety.
